Dear Gail, Ken, and all the wonderful people we met,
I am sorry that this thank you is so long in coming. Our family was overwhelmed by your generosity and kindness at your Christmas dinner.
Jessica was so excited with all her gifts, and Andrew, John, and myself were very grateful for the gifts we received.
This has been a very difficult year, and I wouldn't be lying if I said that I can't wait for next year to arrive. But Jessica's faith, courage, and determination to succeed has helped all of us go forward. She has been blessed to have Gail as her teacher, and for having Gail to introduce us to your wonderful group of people. The celebration was wonderful, but even more so was meeting all of you, and the friendship you offered. Our hope is that next year we are with you and can support the next child and family you sponsor.
To all of you, have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year, Jessica continues to grow and learn in her unsighted world, as do we, and I know that she will go far with friends like you to support her in her future endeavors.
