WHAT IS CBC?
CBC is a non-profit organization of the blind, visually impaired, and sighted who are dedicated to meeting the needs of blind and visually impaired people in our community. CBC is a local affiliate of the National Federation of the Blind of Virginia. CBC was founded in 2004. CBC advocates for the needs of blind and visually impaired citizens within the Hampton Roads area. General members reside in Chesapeake, Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Ches Bay formerly known as the "Street People" provide support through meetings and activities.
